Hours after Elon Musk launched his own perfume ‘Burnt Hair’, Twitter followers have this amusing appeal to “Buy my perfume so I can buy Twitter”.
Elon Musk, the world’s richest man, wrote on Twitter on Wednesday: “Please buy my perfume so I can buy Twitter.”
‘Burnt Hair’ sells its perfume for $100 a pop, and Elon Musk said 20,000 bottles of the ‘Burnt Hair‘ fragrance have already been sold within a day of its launch.
Elon Musk was expected to complete the acquisition of Twitter for $44 billion, failing which the lawsuit will go to trial this coming November over breaches of the deal.
Musk launched ‘Burnt Hair’ perfume as an all-encompassing product, with a catchy catchline that would make the wearer stand out in a crowd.

How much does perfume cost?
Musk has also shared a link to his company’s website on Twitter. The price on the website of ‘Burnt Hair’ perfume is $100.
Its price has been kept at Rs 8,400 for Indian customers. However, Indian customers will have to pay Rs 11,400 as the international shipping charge will be Rs 300.
Musk claims so many vials sold
Musk is continuously tweeting the number of vials of his ‘Burnt Hair’ perfume sold. He is claiming that 20 thousand perfume vials have been sold so far.
