Aero India 2023: India’s biggest aerospace and defense exhibition Aero India has started today. Prime Minister of the country Narendra Modi inaugurated this program. More than 800 companies are participating in it. In this program, the focus is being increased on Make in India for the world. A large number of people are expected to participate in this program. The show will run from February 13 to February 17. We are telling you what is the ticket price and how to book it to watch this event.
In the inauguration ceremony of this program, PM Modi said that Aero India Show is not just a show, but the strength of the country. He said that new heights are the reality of India today. Being self-reliant, India’s strength is continuously increasing.
Know the ticket price
In this program of 5 days, the first 3 days have been kept for business days and the remaining 2 days for the general public. Tickets are being distributed in three categories to watch this show. The first category is General. The second category is the Air Display Viewing Area (ADVA). After this, the third category is Business (Business0). The ticket price for Indians is Rs 2500 for buying general category tickets, while for foreign visitors it costs $ 50. With general tickets, you can watch the show on February 16 and 17.
ADVA Tickets
Apart from this, an air display viewing area ticket will cost Rs 1000 for Indians and $ 50 for foreign visitors. You can go on this ticket from 14 February to 17 February.
Business Category
The business class ticket is valid from February 13 to February 15. Business tickets cost 5,000 rupees and $150 for foreign visitors.
Know how to book tickets
To book tickets, visit the Aero India website aeroindia.gov.in. After that click on the ticket section. Click on Book Ticket from the dropdown menu. Enter the required details and select the ticket type. After this, your ticket will be booked.
What is Aero India Show
Aero India Show is an exhibition for the aerospace-defense sector. In this, new aircraft, weapons, and techniques are demonstrated. Along with the exhibition, an air show is also organized for the public. In this, all the weapons of India show their strength. The show was started in 1996. Since then it is organized every other year till now. The Aero India show has been organized 13 times so far.
Know what will happen on which day
Day 1: February 13 – The inauguration program took place on this day. This will be followed by a flying event, and a seminar organized by the Indian Space Association and the Department of Ex-Servicemen Welfare (DESW).
Second day February 14 – There will be a conference of Defense Ministers of many countries. Apart from this, there will be flights of airplanes for the general public. During this, there will also be a seminar on the Air Force, DRDO, and Coast Guard.
Day 3 February 15– Indian Navy will meet with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI). With this, the annual startup event Manthan will also begin.
Day 4 & 5 February 16-17– The exhibition will be open to the general category. Along with this, aerial stunts will be shown.
