French luxury brand Hermès has announced a hefty bonus of Rs 3.5 lakh (about 4,000 euros) to its employees. The company has around 19,700 employees worldwide and this bonus will be given to all these employees. Hermès said that this year there has been a great increase in its sales and profits, so it has announced a bonus as a reward to the employees. According to media reports, by the end of February, this bonus amount will come into the account of the employees.
Apart from the bonus, Hermès has also increased the salary of its employees by 6% during 2022. Apart from this, in January last year, everyone’s salary was increased by 100 euros (about Rs 8,700) and it was renewed again in July.
