Meet Radhika Gupta, who faced rejections and failures but never gave up on her dreams. Radhika Gupta had a difficult start to life as her neck was bent since birth, but she did not let it deter her.
She was born on 14 September 1983 in Pakistan and because her father was an Indian diplomat, she lived in many different countries while she was growing up.
She went to different schools around the world, which helped her understand different cultures. Radhika Gupta studied at Marymount International School in Rome from 1999 to 2001.
Radhika liked both technology and finance subjects, so she studied Computer Science Engineering, and Mathematics at the University of Pennsylvania.
She also received a degree in Economics from the famous Wharton School.
Radhika Gupta’s life story shows that every time you face a challenge, you can come back even stronger. She faced rejections from seven companies, which left him disappointed. Radhika was suffering from depression. But she did not give up.
She applied for a job at McKinsey and eventually got the job after a successful interview.

Radhika started her career with big companies like Microsoft. Then, in 2009, she and her husband started their own company, Forefront Capital Management.

Radhika Gupta, at the age of 33, became India’s youngest CEO after being appointed as the MD and CEO of Edelweiss Group.
