Tabassum started her acting career in 1947 with Baby Tabassum Ke Naam Se Ki Thi. Tabassum started her film at a young age. She was only three years old when she appeared on screen for the first time. In 1947, the film “Mera Suhaag” was released. Tabassum played the role of a child artist in this film. Along with this, Tabassum played the role of Nargis Ki Beti in the Film “Deedar”.
